Crosstex is a natural gas company with an extensive network of pipelines and processing facilities located in two of the country’s best natural gas producing regions. When volatile commodity prices and tight credit markets posed financial challenges, Blackstone and our GSO credit business helped provide Crosstex with a stronger, more stable capital structure. Crosstex is now firmly focused on growing its drilling operations and meeting America’s energy demand.
