With a commitment to fostering career and economic mobility, the Blackstone Charitable Foundation leverages its financial and human capital to support initiatives that bridge opportunity gaps and strengthen communities.
Our Programs
Since 2010, Blackstone LaunchPad has supported students on more than 75 college and university campuses. LaunchPad also partners with mission-aligned nonprofit organizations to support their career readiness programming, then connects their students to our network of internship and professional development opportunities.
Through Blackstone Connects, we currently support nonprofits engaging employees across our 27 global offices. 88% of our employees participated in annual firm-sponsored charitable activities in 2024.

LA Wildfire Relief for Altadena’s Odyssey Schools
Our Real Estate team, the Blackstone Charitable Foundation and our portfolio companies joined forces to help support the LA wildfires relief effort — by providing space and vital resources for Altadena’s Odyssey Schools.
Blackstone Gives Back Challenge
Nearly 400 employees competed in this year’s Blackstone Back Challenge. Together, they vied for $1 million of Blackstone Charitable Foundation grant funding for nonprofits of their choice.
Integrating Blackstone’s LaunchPad Into CUNY Inclusive Economy Initiative
The Blackstone Charitable Foundation recently invested in an initiative to help bridge CUNY students’ journeys
from college into the workplace – helping to create career opportunities for 1,200 additional CUNY students
annually.
