Since joining Blackstone, Mr. Kosugi has been involved in evaluating and portfolio management of real estate and loan investments for different asset classes.

Before joining Blackstone in 2010, Mr. Kosugi worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he was a Managing Director and the country head and was responsible for running the business in Japan. Prior to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Mr. Kosugi was a Partner at Grove International Partners and was responsible for the day-to-day operations for the real estate platforms in Japan and developing new business.

Mr. Kosugi received a BS in Finance from Fordham University.
