Before joining GSO Capital Partners in 2005, Mr. Zarzhevsky was at Royal Bank of Canada as a Senior Associate where he worked on the analysis of investments within the collateralized debt portfolios.  Previously, Mr. Zarzhevsky worked at Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd, where he was an Assistant Vice President within its leveraged finance group. At Mizuho, Mr. Zarzhevsky analyzed investments across a wide range of industries on behalf of the bank’s CDO funds.

Mr. Zarzhevsky received a BS in Business Administration (concentration Finance) from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business.  He is also a CFA Charter holder.
