Amy Blake is a Managing Director in the Finance Group. Since joining Blackstone, Ms. Blake has been involved with the Financial Planning & Analysis team in further developing our firmwide financial and management reporting. Before joining Blackstone in 2008, Ms. Blake worked as a Vice President in the Chief Operating Office for the Global Markets and Investment Banking Group of Merrill Lynch. In this role, she focused on developing and implementing various control processes and business management initiatives. Prior to that, she held a number of roles in the Chief Financial Office focused on financial reporting, as well as administrative, control and regulatory initiatives. Ms. Blake began her career at Arthur Andersen LLP where she was a senior auditor in the Financial Services Division. Ms. Blake received a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University, and an MBA New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
