Andrew Fenet is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group and is based in New York. Mr. Fenet focuses on capital raising efforts for Blackstone’s Real Estate funds. Previously, he was focused on new investment opportunities in North America across several property types. Prior to joining Blackstone in 2014, Mr. Fenet was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Investment Group where he was responsible for new investments across all property types for the opportunistic and core real estate funds. Mr. Fenet received a BS in Economics from Vanderbilt University where he graduated magna cum laude and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management where he was awarded the Sears Scholarship.
