Ms. Gleason is an integral part of the portfolio management team and guides the day-to-day investment strategy for the CLOs managed by the Debt Funds Group.  She is a key liaison between the front and middle office and is responsible for the interpretation of the documents governing the investment vehicles.

Upon joining Blackstone in 2002, Ms. Gleason’s responsibilities included transaction logistics, settlement functions and preparation of information used for compliance testing and reporting. Before joining Blackstone, Ms. Gleason worked at CIBC World Markets as an Operations Assistant for the structured investment vehicles managed by Trimaran Advisors, L.L.C.

Ms. Gleason received a BA from the State University of New York at Oswego where she graduated cum laude.
