Bronwen Baumgardneris a Director and Head of Campus Recruitment in the Human Resources Group. She is based in New York.

Since joining Blackstone in March, 2011, she has overseen Analyst and Associate Campus Recruiting and the Full Time Analyst training program. Before joining Blackstone, Ms. Baumgardner managed the MBA Campus Recruiting Program for J.P. Morgan's Private Bank and prior to that recruited for J.P. Morgan's Investment Bank at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. She was also involved in various campus diversity initiatives.

Ms. Baumgardner received a BA in English from The University of Connecticut.
