Since joining Blackstone in 2006, Ms. Konda has been involved in various technology projects and related business process engineering projects within the Hedge Fund Solutions Group.

Before joining Blackstone, Ms. Konda was a Director at UBS Alternative and Quantitative Investment where she worked on the technology platform for the global hedge fund-of-funds business.  Prior to that, Ms. Konda worked as a senior business analyst and application developer for the Fixed Income and FX business at UBS Securities / Warburg Dillon Read in Tokyo.

Ms. Konda received a BS in Business Administration from Boston University, School of Management.
