Cindy Hwang is a Vice President in the Hedge Fund Solutions group.  Since joining Blackstone, Ms. Hwang has worked as an interface between business, project management and IT development teams within the group to devise technology solutions to meet business needs by analyzing requirements, facilitating working sessions, and documenting specifications. 

Before joining Blackstone in 2008, Ms. Hwang worked as a Manager of Financial Systems for Moody's Investors’ Service where she represented the Finance department on operating plan projects in addition to managing a small team of business analysts responsible for facilitating day-to-day requests between Finance and IT.  Prior to that, she worked as a lead developer/project manager for Sapient Corporation, an IT consultancy based in Cambridge, MA.

Ms. Hwang received a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor concentration in Business Management from Carnegie Mellon University, School of Computer Science.
