Craig Snyder is a Managing Director with GSO Capital Partners.  Mr. Snyder trades for GSO's hedge fund, specializing in the High Yield and Distressed public markets in the U.S. and Europe.  In 2012, he relocated to London where he oversees daily trading activity and risk management for GSO’s European trading operations.  

Prior to joining GSO in 2011, Mr. Snyder worked as a Senior Distressed/High Yield trader at King Street Capital, a $20 billion credit/event-driven hedge fund.  At King Street, he focused on the risk-making and trading decisions for the firm’s U.S.-based High Yield and Distressed credit book.  Before King Street, Mr. Snyder worked as a Junior Trader at Caxton Associates, a $10 billion macro-based hedge fund, where he traded the macro book in rates, FX, and commodities for a Senior Portfolio Manager.

Mr. Snyder received a B.A. from Bucknell University.
