Since joining Park Hill Real Estate, Ms. Carter has been a member of Park Hill's real estate origination and distribution team.

Before joining Park Hill Real Estate, Ms. Carter was an investment banking analyst in Credit Suisse's Real Estate Private Fund Group. Prior to that, Ms. Carter was an analyst in Salomon Smith Barney's Global Energy Group.

Ms. Carter received a BBA from Texas A&M University and an MBA from University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business.
