Since joining Blackstone in 2006, Mr. Chang has worked on several transactions in various industries.  Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Chang worked as an Associate at Lindsay Goldberg & Bessemer, where he was involved with analyzing and executing private equity investments in middle-market companies.  Prior to that, Mr. Chang worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in both the M&A group and DLJ Merchant Banking in New York.

Mr. Chang received a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a dual concentration in Finance and Strategic Management.  He earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with honors.
