Davida Lara is a Vice President of Payroll in the Human Resources Group and is based in New York.

Since joining Blackstone in 2010, Mrs. Lara has been involved in the global payroll function. She is also heavily involved in the implementation of our new global HRIS/Payroll system.

Before joining Blackstone, Mrs. Lara was a Director of Global HRIS and Payroll at Harman International Industries, where she managed the Global Payroll and HRIS functions and the global HR systems strategy. Prior to Harman, she was a Vice President of Global Payroll Services at SAC Capital Advisors where she was responsible for their payroll shared services as well their international assignment policies and global mobility programs. Mrs. Lara received her degree in Business Management from Western International University.
