Gautam Banerjee is a Senior Advisor to Blackstone and a member of the International Advisory Board.  He is also Chairman of Blackstone Singapore.

Previously, Mr. Banerjee served as Executive Chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Singapore for nine years until his retirement in December 2012.  He spent over 30 years with the firm in various leadership roles in Singapore, India and East Asia.  Mr. Banerjee is a Vice Chairman of the Singapore Business Federation and is a Board member of the Economic Development Board, the APEC Business Advisory Council, Yale-NUS College, Singapore Airlines Limited and The Straits Trading Company Limited.  He was a Nominated Member of Parliament in Singapore from 2007 to 2009.

Mr. Banerjee is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Singapore.  He has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis from the University of Warwick.
