Before joining Blackstone in 2010, Mr. Bailhache spent three years at Weil, Gotshal & Manges’ London office as an associate in its corporate group, where he worked on a broad range of leveraged buyouts, public takeovers and cross-border M&A transactions. Prior to that, he worked for four years at SJ Berwin LLP.   

Mr. Bailhache received an LLB in law from the University of Nottingham and is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
