Before joining Blackstone in 2008, Mr. Lee was a Managing Director at Citigroup for eight years as Head of the Structured Credit Product business for Asia Pacific based in Hong Kong.

Before joining Citigroup Mr. Lee was the Head of the Collateralized Debt Obligation business at Credit Suisse, and the Head of Fixed Income Sales at Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette in Hong Kong (until its acquisition by Credit Suisse). Prior to coming to Hong Kong, Mr. Lee was involved with fixed income sales at DLJ in New York and at Kidder, Peabody & Co.

Mr. Lee received a BA in Economics and Japanese Studies from the University of California at Berkeley.
