Since joining Blackstone, Mr. Pashalides has been involved in covering clients and executing transactions in all sectors of the Technology industry with a particular focus in Enterprise Software and Systems.

Mr. Pashalides has ten years of experience in Technology M&A and has advised on 28 announced transactions.  Selected clients include Cibernet, Concur, Digital Impact, DigitalThink, Innovative Merchant Solutions, McDATA, Mobile 365, Opsware, Oracle, Qpass, Servigistics, VeriSign and Vista Equity Partners.

Before joining Blackstone in 2010, Mr. Pashalides was a Vice President at Union Square Advisors based in San Francisco where he focused on mergers & acquisitions for Technology companies.  Prior to Union Square Advisors, he was an Associate at Credit Suisse in the Technology M&A Group based in San Francisco.

Mr. Pashalides received a degree in Computer Science from Brown University.
