Prior to joining Blackstone in 2010, Mr. Steinberg worked at Bank of America and Gridley & Company in New York where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, private placements and leverage buyouts primarily in the traditional and digital media sectors.

Mr. Steinberg received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated with honors and received his BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University where he graduated with distinction.
