Since joining Blackstone in 2007, Mr. Krapf has been involved in risk exposure tracking, aggregation, and analytics. He is also involved in process engineering aspects of new and existing products.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Krapf worked as a Research Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Thomson Reuters where he valued and analyzed deals. Prior to that, Mr. Krapf worked as a Portfolio Analyst for The Bailey Group (currently part of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney) focusing on portfolio construction and risk analysis.

Mr. Krapf received a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Applied Economics from The University at Buffalo.
