Justin G. Aylward is a Vice President in Blackstone Advisory Partners L.P.

Mr. Aylward has experience advising clients in a range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, consumer, and retail.  His transaction experience includes advising SeaChange on its divestiture of OnDemand Group to Avail-TVN, Kettle Foods on its sale to Diamond Foods, Essilor International on its purchase of FGX international, CSM NV on its purchase of Best Brands, NexCen Brands on its debt restructuring and subsequent sale to Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, and Trident Resources on its corporate restructuring, amongst others.

Before joining Blackstone in 2010, Mr. Aylward worked at Rothschild Inc. in New York, where he provided investment banking and strategic advisory services to clients. 

Mr. Aylward received a BBA in Financial Consulting with a Minor in Economics from Southern Methodist University, a Master of Science in Economic History from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
