Kerri Ercole is a Director of Compensation in the Human Resources Group and is based in New York.

Since joining Blackstone in 2008, Ms. Ercole has worked closely with the compensation budget and mid-year and year-end compensation processes. Before joining Blackstone, Ms. Ercole was a Compensation Associate at Citigroup in the Alternative Investments group.

Ms. Ercole received her BS degree in Marketing from Castleton State College.
