Since joining Blackstone in July, 2007, Ms. Waitz has led efforts to streamline and strengthen overall client service within the Human Resources Group.  She is responsible for driving and supporting the development of employees and serving as a key partner to the business groups.

Before joining Blackstone, Ms. Waitz worked for Citi Alternative Investments, where she served as Managing Director & Global Head of Compensation.  Prior to that, Ms. Waitz worked for Deutsche Bank where she served as Head of Compensation for the Americas Region, as well as Global Compensation Manager for Private Equity and the Investment Bank.  She also has held HR and Compensation roles at Société Générale and Paribas.

Ms. Waitz holds a BS from Penn State University.
