Laurence A. Tosi is the Chief Financial Officer of Blackstone. Mr. Tosi is responsible for Blackstone’s global finance, accounting, tax and treasury functions and also sits on the firm’s Executive and Management Committees.

Before joining Blackstone in 2008, Mr. Tosi held a number of senior positions at Merrill Lynch & Co. where he was a managing partner including Chief Operating Officer for the Global Markets and Investment Banking and Finance Director. Mr. Tosi began his career at General Electric where he was a director of business development for NBC.

Mr. Tosi received a BA, a JD and an MBA from Georgetown University where he is currently a member of the Board of Regents.
