Since joining GSO Capital in 2007, Ms. Beeney has been involved in leverage facilities for the GSO funds, new business initiatives for GSO Capital, fund structuring and related issues, as well as a variety of legal and compliance matters.

Before joining GSO Capital, Ms. Beeney worked at DLA Piper, within the finance group.  Prior to that, she worked at Latham & Watkins, focusing primarily on lender representation for project finance and development transactions.

Ms. Beeney received a BS in Engineering from Cornell University, and a JD, magna cum laude, from Boston University.
