Martin Kandrac is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Group and is based in London.  Since joining Blackstone in 2001, Mr. Kandrac has primarily been involved in hotel acquisitions throughout Europe and, more recently, in retail acquisitions in Central Europe. 

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Kandrac worked at Goldman Sachs in the real estate principal investment group in its New York, London, and Hong Kong offices. 

Mr. Kandrac received a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
