Padraic McGovern is a Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer of Human Resources within the Technology and Innovations group. He is responsible for all aspects of technology across both Human Resources and the Strategic Incentives Group.

Mr. McGovern has been working with Blackstone since 2001. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. McGovern founded multiple startups which were focused on integration of marketing and technology services primarily in the financial sector.

He received a BA in Mathematics and a BAI in Engineering from Trinity College Dublin and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
