Paul Schlaack is a Senior Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Blackstone’s Infrastructure group, based in New York.

Prior to helping launch Blackstone’s Infrastructure business in 2017, Mr. Schlaack was the Chief Operating Officer of Blackstone’s Institutional Client Solutions group for six years, where his role was to coordinate the marketing and investor relations functions for all of Blackstone’s investment products globally. Prior to that, Mr. Schlaack worked for twelve years in Blackstone’s financial advisory group, where he helped to execute several M&A transactions across a variety of industries.

Mr. Schlaack received a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude.
