Peter Wallace is a Senior Managing Director in the Private Equity Group, based in New York.  Mr. Wallace was based in London for several years, having helped to build Blackstone’s corporate private equity business in Europe.

Since joining Blackstone in 1997, Mr. Wallace has led or been involved in Blackstone’s investments in AlliedBarton Security Services, Allied Waste, American Axle & Manufacturing, Centennial Communications, Centerplate (formerly Volume Services America), CommNet Cellular,  GCA Services, Michaels Stores, New Skies Satellites, Pinnacle Foods/Birds Eye Foods, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment (formerly Busch Entertainment Corporation), Sirius Satellite Radio, Universal Orlando, Vivint, and The Weather Channel Companies.

Mr. Wallace graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College.  Mr. Wallace serves on the Board of Directors of AlliedBarton Security Services, GCA Services, Michaels Stores, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Vivint, and The Weather Channel Companies.
