Randall Kessler is a Principal with GSO Capital Partners, and is principally involved in analyzing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring middle market private equity and mezzanine investments across a diverse range of industries.
Before joining GSO Capital in 2007, Mr. Kessler worked as an Associate at Silver Lake Partners, focusing on large-cap technology private equity investing in the United States and internationally. He previously served as an Analyst in Lazard LLC’s healthcare mergers and acquisitions group.
Mr. Kessler received a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude, with concentrations in finance and legal Studies.
