Robert Lester is a Managing Principal in the Park Hill Real Estate Group and is based in New York.

Since joining Park Hill Real Estate, Mr. Lester has been a member of Park Hill's Real Estate group's origination and project management team.

Before joining Park Hill Real Estate, Mr. Lester worked in a variety of roles including fundraising for Blackstone Real Estate Partners and Blackstone Capital Partners. Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Lester held investment banking positions with Deutsche Bank Alex Brown and BNP Paribas where he advised healthcare and biotechnology companies on corporate financing and merger transactions.

Mr. Lester received a BS in Economics from the University of California, Riverside and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Pepperdine University. He also attended the European Business School in Östrich-Winkel, Germany where he studied International Business and Finance.
