Tabea Hsi is a Senior Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel of Blackstone. She is also Chief Operating Officer of the Legal & Compliance group.

Before joining Blackstone in 2011, Ms. Hsi practiced securities law at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Prior to that, she worked in higher education and in the non-profit sector in Germany.

Ms. Hsi received a BA from the University of Virginia, an M.S.Ed. in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was editor-in-chief of the Law Review.
