Tim Wang is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group based in Hong Kong. Since joining Blackstone in 2010, Mr. Wang has been involved in evaluating real estate investments in China and managing the Greater China portfolio of the MB Asia Real Estate Fund. Mr. Wang led the initiation, sale and restructuring of some of the key investments in China.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Wang worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Real Estate Principal Division in China where he was involved in acquisitions and asset management. Prior to that, Mr. Wang worked over 10 years in real estate development companies in China and Australia.

Mr. Wang received a Master of International Business from Curtin University of Technology. He also has a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Zhejiang University in China.
