Since joining Blackstone, Ms Kritsberg focuses on GSO’s public market investments, including distressed and special situation investments across multiple industries such as chemicals, building products, homebuilding, paper and packaging, and retail/consumer products. She has also been actively involved in various private market investments at GSO. Mrs. Kritsberg joined GSO Capital at its inception in 2005.
Prior to joining GSO Capital, Mrs. Kritsberg worked in Credit Suisse First Boston’s Global Energy Group where she focused predominantly on the chemicals industry. At Credit Suisse, she worked on various equity, leveraged finance and M&A transactions for a number of corporate and private equity clients such as Apollo, AEA, Chemtura, Kolhberg Kravis Roberts, Huntsman, KCS Energy, MatlinPatterson, Rockwood and Westlake. Mrs. Kritsberg worked on several major transactions in the chemicals sector, including the IPOs of Huntsman, Westlake and Rockwood, the sale of Noveon and Borden and high yield financings for Huntsman and Chemtura.
Ms. Kritsberg received a BS from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business where she was on the Dean's Honor List.
