Since joining Blackstone in 2001, Mr. Lu has been involved in analyzing, evaluating, executing and monitoring mezzanine investments across a diverse range of industries.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Lu was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan and an Executive Director at Warburg Dillon Read, where he completed over 50 leveraged finance transactions.

Mr. Lu received a joint BS/BA degree from Duke University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar.
