Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Hobbs was a Senior Associate at Arcapita and focused on private equity investments across a variety of industries, with responsibilities that involved the acquisition, divestiture and active management of portfolio companies. Prior to joining Arcapita, Mr. Hobbs was a Senior Analyst at Dubin Clark & Co., a middle market private equity firm. Previously, he was a Summer Associate at Plainfield Asset Management and a Financial Analyst at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin. 

Mr. Hobbs holds a BBA in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Hobbs is also a CFA Charterholder.
