Kristin McGrath is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group at Blackstone.  Ms. McGrath is involved in global valuations and reporting functions across Blackstone’s opportunistic and core+ strategies.

Before joining Blackstone in 2021, Ms. McGrath was Global Head of Valuations and Portfolio Reporting Support at Revantage.  She began by establishing the U.S. team and then expanded the function globally by establishing teams in Europe and Asia) Ms. McGrath began her career at Duff & Phelps in their Real Estate Advisory Group (REAG) focusing on independent commercial real estate valuation and consulting.

Ms. McGrath received a BS in Finance from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.  She holds an MAI designation for real estate valuations through the Appraisal Institute.
