Frank Zhao is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Group based in Shanghai. Since joining Blackstone in 2016, Mr. Zhao has focused on sourcing and executing real estate investments across China, including DragonCor Logistics Portfolio, Guangzhou R&F Logistics Park, Westlink and Aroma Garden.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Zhao worked in Hong Kong as a Vice President at Proprium Capital Partners, where he was responsible for investments in Greater China. Prior to that, Mr. Zhao worked at Warburg Pincus and Morgan Stanley Investment Banking Division, focusing on the real estate sector.

Mr. Zhao graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 2008, where he received a Bachelor degree of Business Administration.
