Kaoru Fujita is a Managing Director in the Private Wealth Solutions Group and leads Blackstone’s private wealth solutions in Japan. The mission of Blackstone’s Private Wealth Solutions is to bring institutional-quality products across a broad spectrum of alternative asset classes to Japanese individual investors by collaborating with Japanese financial institutions.

Before joining Blackstone, Ms. Fujita worked at Fidelity International in Japan, where she led a team of product strategists introducing actively-managed equity and bond funds to the Japanese market.

Ms. Fujita served as a member of the Cabinet Secretariat of Japan’s Sub-Committee on Promoting Japan as a Leading Asset Management Center in 2023. She is also a member of Japan’s Financial Services Agency (FSA) Working Group on Capital Market Regulations in 2024.

Mrs. Fujita received a BA from Tokyo Woman's Christian University.
