Ms. Kniesel is the Head of EMEA Compliance for Blackstone, based in London. She joined the Firm in September 2021 as a Managing Director in Real Estate – Asset Management, as Global Head of Portfolio Company Risk.

Prior to joining Blackstone Ms. Kniesel was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs (GS), where she was International Head of Compliance for their Real Estate Division and Head of Compliance for GS offices in Europe and the Middle East.

Heidi obtained her MBA in 2014 from Edinburgh Business School of the Heriot-Watt University.
