The Blackstone Group Completes Acquisition of Boca Resorts, Inc.

BOCA RATON, Fla. /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ – Boca Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: RST) announced today that it has completed its merger with an affiliate of The Blackstone Group. Under the terms of the merger agreement, the Company’s stockholders will be entitled to receive $24.00 per share in cash, without interest.
