Jaiye Falusi is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Group.

Before joining Blackstone in 2021, Mr. Falusi was a Director at Tishman Speyer where he focused on acquiring and developing real estate investments in the US, with a specific focus on affordable and workforce housing. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Mr. Falusi spent time in both the market rate and affordable housing teams at Related. Mr. Falusi began his career at Citigroup.

Mr. Falusi received his MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School and his BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University. Mr. Falusi is a 2021 Real Estate Board of New York (“REBNY”) fellow.
