Mark Zhu is a Managing Director in Blackstone’s Private Equity Group where he is focused on investment activity in the energy and energy transition sectors. Since joining Blackstone in 2015, Mr. Zhu has been involved with the firm’s investments in Sabre Industries, Power Grid Components, Onyx Renewables, Custom Truck One Source, Lightstone Generation, Guidon Energy, and Swallowtail Royalties.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Zhu worked at Bank of Montreal’s Energy and Infrastructure Group.

Mr. Zhu received a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Guam and a Master of Management Studies from Duke University.
