Linso Pals is a Senior Managing Director and Head of European Institutional Client Solutions for Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in London.

Before joining Blackstone in 2024, Mr. Pals was a Managing Director and the Head of Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa Institutional Business at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Prior to that he was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley Investment Management covering institutional relationships in Northern Europe. Mr. Pals previously worked as a senior relationship manager at F&C Investments and started his professional career at Mercer Investment Consulting in the Netherlands.

Mr. Pals received a MSc in Applied Physics from the Delft University of Technology (TUDelft) in the Netherlands and is a CFA Charterholder.
