Ana DaCosta is a Managing Director within the Institutional Client Solutions group of Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in New York. She is responsible for product strategy and product development for BXCI clients.

Prior to Blackstone, Ms. DaCosta served as Head of Alternative Product Solutions for Voya Investment Management. Before that, Ms. DaCosta spent 16 years at MetLife Investment Management where she had a variety of roles including Head of Real Estate Debt Client Solutions, Business Administration for the office of the COO and as a private credit investments lawyer. Ms. DaCosta began her career as a corporate attorney at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene and MacRae, LLP.

Ms. DaCosta earned a BA in Philosophy from Rutgers University and a JD from New York Law School. Ms. DaCosta holds several FINRA licenses.
