Kristen Paladino is a Managing Director with Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in New York. Ms. Paladino focuses on value creation initiatives on the Asset Management team.

Before joining Blackstone, she served in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer for over seven years. Prior to that, she worked at Deloitte as a Regulatory and Capital Markets consultant.

Ms. Paladino received a BS in Finance and Accounting from Villanova University and her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Paladino serves on the board of directors of ClearGen.
