Gust Passias is a Managing Director in the Legal and Compliance Group and a member of the Miami Operating Committee. He serves as the Legal and Compliance lead in Miami, and is the Global Head of the Conflicts and Code of Ethics teams at Blackstone.

Prior to joining Blackstone in 2019, Gust was a Senior Vice President in the Compliance Department at Citigroup.

He received his BS in History and Medieval Studies from Fordham University, and his JD from St. John’s University School of Law.
