Mabel Koo is a Managing Director in the Legal & Compliance Group. She is involved in the financing and capital markets activities for Asia Pacific real estate investments from a legal perspective. 

Before joining Blackstone, Ms. Koo was an associate at the law firm Kirkland & Ellis, where she focused on cross-border corporate restructuring and refinancing transactions. Ms. Koo has worked in Hong Kong and Sydney. 

Ms. Koo received a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and New South Wales, Australia.
