Mr. Guarraia is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure Operations and Asset Management.

Prior to joining Blackstone in 2025, Mr. Guarraia served as a Partner and Director at Bain & Company, where he dedicated nearly 30 years to the firm. Most recently, he led Bain’s Global Energy Transition Practice and was a senior member of both the Energy and Natural Resources and Performance Improvement Practices. Previously, Mr. Guarraia was the founder and head of Bain’s Global Operations Practice, which focuses on integrating supply chain, manufacturing and procurement capabilities. Mr. Guarraia possesses extensive experience in driving business transformations and has worked closely with clients on critical operational challenges, including supply chain strategy, cost optimization and sustainability issues.

Mr. Guarraia received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Stanford University.
