Nicholas Menzies is a Senior Managing Director and leads consumer and residential real estate credit investments for the Infrastructure and Asset Based Credit unit within Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in New York.

Mr. Menzies joined Blackstone in 2016 and previously led investments in residential real estate credit for Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Menzies was a Senior Vice President at H/2 Capital Partners, an institutional investment manager focused on real estate structured credit. While at H/2, he was responsible for the trading and structuring of the firm’s real estate related debt securities. Prior to that, Mr. Menzies was an Associate at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. on the CMBS secondary trading desk.

Mr. Menzies received a BA in Economics from Georgetown University. Mr. Menzies currently serves on the Board of Directors of LendingOne and Encore Finance.
